MailingListOrders.com Privacy Opt-Out Process

Order quantities from any of the consumer databases on the MailingListOrders.com platform may occasionally differ slightly from your original count results. This variance occurs because individual consumers can request to have their name and postal address added to our Consumer Opt-Out Suppression Database.

States such as California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Utah (UT), Virginia (VA), Nevada (NV), Texas (TX), and others now require data providers to honor these opt-out requests, allowing consumers to decline direct marketing offers.  However, we honor all requests to have their name and address opted-out, regardless of State.

BB Direct actively manages this compliance process, offering consumers a straightforward way to add their name and address to our suppression database. Click here to add your name and address.

How This Affects Your Orders

This suppression process only impacts order fulfillment, not initial counts. When you run a count using the consumer database, it includes all records—even those in the Opt-Out Suppression Database. However, once you place your order, we apply the suppression process to remove opted-out records.

In our experience, most orders from the Consumer Database may reflect only a very small difference of only a few records from the requested quantity. If you need an exact quantity, we recommend ordering a small few additional records to account for this potential variation.

For billing purposes, you will only be charged for the records sent.
